I bought this book as I was about to start my career in recruiting and had loads of interviews. This book highlights all the key parts of recruitment and explains it in a simple way without over using jargon. Helped me understand recruitment as well as how to bring in business.

As a newbie to the industry and really wanting to succeed in what is a very competitive market i have started reading numerous books on the subject in order to get the most out of my work. This book is a good starting point for a newbie getting to grips with their recruitment career. It is written in such a way that is both easy to understand and very informative. For an introductory book it is a little pricey. I recently read Recruitment: A Beginner's Guide (Recruitment: A Beginner's Guide) By Paul Sullivan which is much cheaper and essentially goes through the same information.
