Can't fault it really. Jason Beaird writes in a very easy to understand way to tackle such heavy subjects like colour and it's use in design. The book isn't all theory though, there are enough pictures of websites, a work in progress as you progress through the book and also a list of useful utilities to help you.

A very useful and practical book, with the (emphasized) design aspects very nicely tied to practical web implementations (i.e. CSS et al.) Highly recommended.
