RED HOT READ! Book two in the Pretty Trilogy is outstandingly EPIC. I am just loving this trilogy. Expressing my thoughts about books I have read is never easy. I'm a reader not a writer but I do give an honest review and hope that I do each book justice.
I had to read this book immediately after reading Book One 'Pretty Hot'. It was midnight and I couldn't get to sleep until I had my fill.
In my head the characters are real, I believe that's because the Author has drawn me fantastically into to her world of Kate and Kia.
Just like Kate when her heart is pounding mine is ready to burst out of my chest. All the emotions portrayed in this book I have felt, the joy, the laughter, the sadness. I am so eager for people to read and feel the same way. I want to chat to them about this book.
Kate is happy, she's scared not of Kia but of how she feels. Being hurt so badly by someone she believed loved her is hard for her to get over but at the same time she has to admit to herself that she's never felt this way before not even for her ex Shane.
So many people warning her to stay away from Kia but he promises to look after her begging her to trust him. Not only to protect her but to trust that he will take care of all her pleasure, she will never need anyone apart from him. TRUE FACT!! The man is Ohhhhhhh!! Yes I am drooling. He is beautiful, he's skilled in ways we only dare to dream about.
Kia has a cousin called Essam, he's such a sleaze ball. I really do not like him, Kate feels the same way. She has a very low opinion of him and with good reason. He keeps warning her about Kia and one night he takes it to far. Oh god he makes my skin crawl. He needs to be put in a kennel.
After certain events happen, Kate can not even think clearly, she has a lot to deal with.

So this review is for all the pretty trilogy books, as I haven't stopped in between to review them one by one! The reason being, I couldn't wait to get to the end!!

These are a great erotica story line set in the beautiful yet very cultural dubai! The author set herself a very hefty task of bringing two very different cultures together and created a fricken amazing trilogy, not going into to much depth as I don't want to spoil your read. Must say I wouldn't mind being bent over a table waiting for Kia! Download now and enjoy xx

This second book in the Pretty Series is fantastic. It picks up were Pretty Hot ended and I can honestly say this story just keeps getting better and better. I love how Kate tries to understand and accept some of their cultural differences and I love how Kai's and Kate's love story develops and how they each come to terms with it. It continues to be gripping, intriguing, sexy, funny , witty and extremely hot. The supporting characters are just perfect and the story and plot flow really well. I can't wait to move on to book 3.

After thoroughly enjoying 'Pretty Hot' I rolled straight into 'Pretty Liar' as I really needed to know more about Kate and Kai.
Once again I found Donna's writing refreshing. It made me chuckle often which in the deep depths of winter and long dark days is something I needed.

In 'Liar' we get more insight into Kai, he's arrogant and manipulating. He's a gorgeous, kind and caring alpha male. A contradiction. Therefore the female species are definitely drawn to him. Who doesn't love a good boy turned bad? Or should I say a bad boy turned good? See what I did there? Keeping you on your toes. You'll need to read this to find out the true personality of Kai.

In #2 we get more heat. Yeah the temperature gets hotter in Dubai but also reaches boiling point in the bedroom. Kate discovers more about herself and her tastes. Kai simply loves to taste!! If you like a dominant male with a soft side then this will please.
Donna's writing is very descriptive. She leaves no stone unturned and some of the scenes I found palpable. I could feel the elation and the devastation deep down inside my gut. We do get some sort of resolve in #2 but the story is not finished by far. I didn't quite guess the plot but I had ideas in my head. Now we need answers and a lot more of the wonderful character called Niamh who was very mysterious in this edition.

Given the nature of the ending of Book#1, I'm pleased that a) we didn't have to wait too long for this one and b) we dive right back into the action.

With this book, I felt that the author was hitting her stride. The humour from the previous book is apparent, but there is more. The depth of feeling and confusion is more. And once again, the characters on the periphery really make this book something more than just a one dimensional story about girl meets boy. The dense, cheating ex-fiancé. The misguided and uncaring parents. Niamh. All well written and all entirely necessary.

Now don't get me wrong - all is not sweetness and light here. Not by a long chalk. But this story will inexorably drag you in and pull you along for a tempestuous ride. Buckle up!

I'm expecting good things from the concluding volume!

I received a copy in exchange for an honest review.
