There is no indication in the information for this book that there are CDs that go with it. Further more I found in small print on the back cover of this edition that it is also available as a pack with three audio CDs: £25. CDs not available separately!
So I now have a copy which would be greatly enhanced if I had the CDs, but sadly I cannot buy the CDs separately. I have two choices. Stick with the book that I have bought and forego adding "a further dimension to your (my)studies" or buy the pack with book and three CDs for £25 and throw my existing book away.
Surely Amazon.co.uk it is possible to mention somewhere near the top of the page belonging to this book that the book is also available as a pack with 3 CDs.
I am not happy hence my one star.
I was genuinely surprised at how comfortable this book was to read cover to cover withouth my head splitting. I'm so impressed, I full intend order the equivalent text for my French study. Very satisfied!
or say if its a phrase or sentence, it gives you a list of possible
answers to select from. it teaches you about punctuation and spelling,
letter writing and how to use pronouns, adjectives and adverbs.
Like most Spanish books you buy, and this is no exception, it is
based on latin american and I'm learning Castillian (Spanish Spanish).
But there are only a few differences and these tend to be pronounciation.
Another book which helps you understand how to put your Spanish into words.
As well , there are annoying lines across the page everywhere . These are for the user to write on , in the hardcopy edition . They should not be in the Kindle 'edition' .
Also very annoying , the answer section which is very cramped in the hardcopies , is exactly the same in this edition . ..... why ? Also there are no direct hyperlinks between the questions and the relevant answer section .
I gather that the Kindle people just haven't thought it through for this kind of book . Just scanning the hardcopy and calling it 'the kindle edition' is NOT enough . Could have been an amazing product ..... not worth buying , as it stands .

Lots of useful practice but the vocabulary is quite difficult and so tends to detract from concentrating on and learning the sentence structure...which is what I bought it for. Read morePublished 16 months ago by sandy
