First of all, this is a lovely approachable piece of work and a great read. You can find some inpenetrable airy fairy non-sense in this field (IMHO) but Arielle has come from a place of first hand experience so there is something rather solid and refreshingly honest here with a congruence that is truely heart warming. It will provoke you to challenge your own beliefs about health and healing in a way that might be hard at first but when it springs open it's like the lights going on inside. You can also see how it is OK (permissible to question and even turn your back on the Religion that we call "science" - it IS OK!, there are some things that even medics and scientists don't understand - believe it!) to think differently about "what" and indeed "who" you are and "why" you are - which is why I loved the book so much actually. I had no clue before and I am still looking but now I have a better idea as to how I might find answers to questions that have been around me for over 40 years.
Upshot; the universe in which we exist (apparently) is a lot more complex than our science can describe. So, whether, like me, you are just looking for clues as to what on earth your life is about, or if indeed you are looking for guidance through some more tangible life/health problems - this is a wonderful place to start.
Well constructed and helpful, accessible writing.
Arielle Essex knows all about miracles! Having refused medical treatment for a brain tumour, because she intuitively felt that stress was the cause, she successfully tackled the overload in her life and enabled the healing process to unfold.
Drawing on her experience of curing the tumour, as well as years of training in complementary medicine and mind-body psychology, she then designed a strategy that allows us to participate in our own healing. Miracles are available to us all. Arielle shows us how to take responsibility and direct our thoughts, living fully in the present and allowing miracles to happen. Healing begins with choosing to think differently. We can lean to be resilient and bounce back from crises by becoming free from old patterns of negative thinking and doubt. She gives examples of those who have successfully dealt with crises as well as sharing her own story.
This is not a book to be read once. It is a book to ponder over and use as we endeavour to increase our awareness and choose better thoughts on our journey towards healing and wholeness.
