I found this good for the price. My only concern is that I had to buy a 12V rail extension lead (about £2 delivered, on a popular auction site) as the lead for that was not long enough (You know, the square type connector near the CPU socket?). It might be ok depending on where this is placed on your motherboard, but I wanted to bring that cable round the back to tidy it (more tidy, better airflow).
It is reasonably quiet, but not quiet enough for a totally silent PC build. I have mine in my bedroom PC which is for some gaming (Asus 6950 DCII), but mostly watching movies. I can hear a slight hum, but not enough to annoy me and I think it fine for a media player.
There are 4 modular outputs, 2 of which will most likely be for the graphics card. These are of the 6+2 pin type, so will fit even the newest double 8-pin power sockets on a GPU.
The rest of the leads provide for extra molex and sata. They are a bit low on connectors at this point, so read the specs carefully if this is for a NAS / multiple hard drive build, or you need many molex connectors for some reason.
The dimensions of the PSU were a little bigger than I expected and it took a bit of shuffling to get the PSU into the case. I am not sure what the standard dimensions are for this, but you might want to check carefully again if you are going to be putting it into a smaller case. I was putting mine into an old Antec P180.
All in all it is a great buy at this price for a machine that doesn't need an overly large amount of power connectors. Great for an office/gaming/bedroom build.
