There were moments of true discovery for me as i read the book. Sometimes the author delves into parts of our personality/Ego that we often chose not to admit to having ("we would never think or do that"!), and he manages to do it with humor and beautiful clarity also.
I liked that the story of "Eoin" shows his growth, his struggles and his triumphs. Its a wonderful read and i would highly recommend this book. I took my time reading it (as advised at the start of the book) and where there have been lots of spiritual books that i have never finished, this book had me enthralled to the end. I could almost hear the authors voice in my head asking me what the hurry was every time i read too fast or rushed a chapter.
Its been a while since a book has inspired me to take out my pen and underline sentences and complete all the "lessons" at the end of certain chapters. I will revisit the book many times in my future. It takes its place right up there with "The Four Agreements" and "The Monk who sold his Ferrari" as books that I learn something new from every time I re read it. Being Irish myself I loved the Gaelic humor, I hope it translates well across the globe.

I found the book. full of useful exercises/ lessons that will help you face up to the fear of being your true self. I read this all quickly once through but it really comes into its own when you go through it a second time and really commit to the exercises.
