Exercises are easy to follow and could be adapted to one's particular circumstances. I am now on a weight loss script and seem to be doing rather well (I lost 1/2 stone in 2 months but it is my FIRST sustainable weight loss in over a decade)
The book gives suggestions on a wide range of problems (eczema, problems with stepchildren, insomnia, inability to perform well at interviews to name a few) and the solutions seems sensible and workable.
