A very interesting and educational book. After reading about all the health benefits provided by eating porridge, it is surprising that porridge is not more widely eaten as a breakfast cereal. This book is a highly recommended read, and should convert many who have never looked further than sugary 'processed' cereals onto a much healthier breakfast cereal regime.

If you like your oats you'll probably find this little book (and it IS little) of some interest. Not a lot, but some.
