At your disposal are three lens extension tubes of different lengths, each can be used alone or in combination(s) with one another resulting in the following choices 7mm, 14mm, 21mm, 28mm, 35mm, 42mm and 49mm. Because there are no glass lenses incorporated within the extension tubes, there will be no added distortion of any kind in the resulting pictures. This is certainly an instnace where less is more. You will get undistorted results with the Polaroid Macro Extension tubes , no matter how close you choose to get to your subject.

I am glad I paid a few quid more for this than the cheapest available, where some people reported issues removing the tubes from the lens. Perhaps they were missing the knurled screw I mentioned above. Manufacture quality seems good and as there's no optics involved I really cannot see any justification in spending more than this.
The problem arose when attempting to connect a lens to the lens mount. The lens mount does not allow your lens to attach to the extension tubes in the same way you would expect if you were attaching your lens directly to the camera. There is a screw on the side that (I guess) you screw down once the lens is in place. I say guess as there were no instructions to advise otherwise.
I was aware that i would not have auto focus capability but i have manual f-stop on my lens so that would not have been a problem and my lens does not auto focus anyway. Hence why i thought i would give these a go.
This set may hold a very light lens but anything remotely heavy and your lens is going to fall off. Mines did and thankfully only fell a short distance and is thankfully fine.
I have returned this item for a refund and will be saving for a set of Kenko Extension tubes with full auto focus.
My personal advice is to avoid these extension tubes unless your lens is very light and even then i would be very cautious when using them.
I have had good results which can be seen on my flickr site
