About the Author
Sophie Hannah has published five collections of poetry. Her fifth Pessimism for Beginners was shortlisted for the T.S. Eliot Award in 2007. She also writes internationally successful psychological crime thrillers. She lives with her husband and children in Cambridge.

GG would have it that most writing's generally about sex/'love' (OK..) but explicitly sexual poetry is frequently about something else entirely. Do I sense a conflict here? Perhaps all she means is that life and literature are complex, while thematic anthologies, fun as they are, are somewhat less so
