About the Author
Matt Kuhn is a staff writer for the CBS hit show "How I Met Your Mother" and helps write Barney's Blog on the show's website. He lives in Los Angeles, California.
Barney Stinson works at a corporation, and regularly "suits up" to help his lovelorn and altogether pathetic bro Ted Mosby. Basically the coolest dude ever, Barney Stinson has been compared to the Fonz-but Barney is much, much more awesome. Stinson lives in New York, New York-and appears weekly on the hit CBS show "How I Met Your Mother" with his friends Ted, Robin, Lily and Marshall.

This book is funny from the very start and is such a fun read...if you liked the Bro Code then you'll love this as this is, in my opinion, the better book.
A must buy for HIMYM fans and bros alike!
a)You are a guy (or a bro) - this probably isn't a book for chicks, although there is a small 'The Playbook for chicks' inside, and i suppose it might be good for you if you want a laugh.
b)You like Barney, and who doesn't?
c)You've seen the episode of 'how i met you're mother' entitled: 'The Playbook'. It is an awesome episode, Barney pulls off the sketches brilliantly.
Finally, if you're thinking about getting this book also check out 'The Bro Code' and 'Bro on the go'. They're both good books. If you have to choose between the three then i would pick 'The Playbook' over them both, then 'The Bro Code' - 'Bro on the go' is just a smaller easier to use version of this and although it is good to have them both, in my opinion you can have 'The Bro Code' without 'Bro On The Go' but you can't have 'Bro On The Go' without 'The Bro Code'. Just my opinion.
If this helped you I'd love to know, if not I'm sure you can complain somehow. Be Awesome.
I cant really say anything about the contents without spoiling the fun of reading it, but as a big fan of How i meet your mother TV series i must say this book is great.
You must be familiar with the series and of course the character Barney (Neil P. Harris) to understand the jokes in their full glory.
I got the 2 books and i add a great time reading them, especially because it adds content to the character and all the references made to this fictional books in the series.
