Actually got this free with the Play CD, and thought this was just a filler. Having put this on my MP3 it actually gets quite a few plays. If it's in the sale and you like Moby, well worth a purchase

There's some awesome tracks on this album, including several I'd not heard before.

If you're in to moby or his style of music I'd heartily recommend this album - I'd rate about 1/4 of the tracks as 5 star, 1/2 as 4 star and the rest (1/4) as 3 star or below.

Moby is so musically productive that he usually has a big range of songs to pick from when putting together an album for release, and `Play' was no exception. This pick-and-choose process means that a lot of material gets excluded from the `A' release collection.

Many of the `B Side' tracks could easily have made it onto the `Play' album, but didn't. Some of these are great, quality songs/pieces. The overall tone is more ambient, more laid-back than the upbeat collection on `Play' and (in many cases) all the better for that.

If you've never heard these `lost' numbers from Moby's most fertile period, give them a listen. You can get them for a bargain-basement price.

Greetings, I've been looking for a copy of this album for awhile now and only recently been able to find one thank's to Amazon and hearing it via the box. It bought back some memories for me of the first time I ever heard him, and I was totally awe struck, and chilled of course. Great album if yah like simple and chilled. Reccommeded purchase.

Although being a fan of chilled out music, and being introduced to Deep Forest, Ive come to recognise some samples that Moby has used. The mentioned samples from Deep Forest are in the track ''Flying Foxes''. If this dont bother you, then id still go ahead and get the album.

I had bought Moby Play along time ago and did not realise how good this album was, you never really take much notice of the B sides on records, I am very pleased with the purchase and recommend it.
