The main area of interest for me was the setting up of the scene, the styling of the food, and the best angles to capture what I want. She gave useful tips that would suit the enthusiast as well as the pro and I'm now practicing what I've learned, the results of which can be seen on my blog: discoverdemelza.com
Pictures not always correspond with text.
Could be improved by sketches or even photographs of set up rather than description in words.
Very helpful to new photographers not just interested in food.
