Battery-life seems good; I'm having no trouble being on the phone all morning, a brief charge over lunch and then again all afternoon. Reception is good; it's a proper DECT phone, no trouble with reception all around my 3-story house and down at the end of the garden.
Comfortable and easy to use.
My only criticism is that it doesn't have a noise-cancelling microphone (unlike my previous wireless DECT headset adapter, the Plantronics CA40), so if you're in a noisy environment it's probably not that useful, as it picks-up background noise. The people at Plantronics told me they are currently trialling a version with noise-cancelling mic - not available till next year, though.
Callers are telling me that the sound is clearer than before, so in a relatively noise-free environment, where you want freedom of movement, I'd say ths is a really good option.

In all, I'm not disappointed and the added functionality of the handset lifter makes this a great overall headset.
UPDATE 2/27/14: One year from the date of order and this headset has crapped out. Though I can hear my callers at all times apparently my voice intermittently drops out for 30 - 60 seconds at a time. This started yesterday and has happened on every call since then. I use the headset on average 4 - 5 hours/day, 5 days/week. For the price attached to this I would expect MUCH more than one year of life out of it. For this reason I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 3. The fluttering I previously mentioned continued for the past year and continued to be annoying but not unbearable.
