One of the best books out there on tax avoidance, company and trust based tax efficiency, Lee Hadnum really knows his stuff, If youve battled to make heads or tails of the HMRC's rulings on GAAR(General anti avoidance regulations) and how it affects you if you're contracting or doing business in the United Kingdom, and wish to minimise your tax burden legally without getting nailed by the HMRC then I would say its a good book to read.. If you're analytical like me or in the actual business of providing offshore tax avoidance services to contractors.
It's relatively easy to form an offshore company, but after reading this it should be required reading. There are a lot of tax issues and many could scupper the use of an offshore company entirely. I was recommended this book from my incorporation agent and found it very useful to enable me to find out exactly what I can and can't do.
