INIS ...will give children the opportunity to stretch their aesthetic wings on a good tale well told. School Librarian "Beautifully translated, this is a gorgeous book with Sara Fanelli's original and imaginative illustrations incorporating drawing, painting, photographs and collage. A real pleasure." The Financial Times -- Financial Times Financial Times Fanelli invests this beautifully-produced Pinocchio with a witty sense of street theatre. I have always loved this story for children as being one of the most wondefully moral introductions to life. Being a bit of a traditionalist, I did not take to the pictures which are more a kind of symbolist representation of the characters, which a child will not, in my view, be able to relate to.

these books are glorious, beautfully illustrated and sticking to the original stories. My grandson really loved this story and it resonated with him as a boy who often does naughty things whilst meaning to be good!

This is a full length version of this story, more suited for older readers. The illustrations are quite unusual and full of details.
