This is a great book, very informative for both novice and expert alike. There are many nice anecdotal stories for someone just browsing including a very funny "ode to Jeremy" and very detailed information for us experts passing on his experiences, problems with certain pianos and how to overcome them . There is an invaluable tuning section including frequencies and explains in depth how to do the job properly..I should know for my boss wrote this based on what he learnt while training his business partner Joe and later on myself. The Boss was a perfectionist and instilled this love for the job in myself. As I have said this is a very nicely written book which will inform Piano Tuners and customers alike.
