Listen to the other reviews folks.
The nuts & bolts come poorly taped to a bit of cardboard and yes half the contents fell out in transit so open the box very carefully.
Now for the bench itself, putting it together was a nightmare as the instructions (yeah right) were a joke but 4 hours later and several deconstructions i got there. you cant do the mainframe bolts up tight if u plan on folding this thing up as they move forwards and backwards making it impossible to reinsert the pins to lock it back in place when you use it again, so u have to leave them a little loose but your own body weight seems to keep the bench stable enough.
The leg bar is totally useless unless you have legs no thicker than say a twig or thin branch (big disappointment). the bench itself is nice, its comfy and easily adjusted which is something at least but the arm extenders were made for someone with very very short arms so again another part that is useless. for me i have removed the leg bar and the arm bars and put them away and just use the bench.
To give people a rough guide for arm length and height i am 6'2 and my arms are about 32 inches long. i would say anything longer than 20 inches arm length is a waste on this bench.
overall a nice enough bench but if i could go back to before i bought it and look for something else knowing what i know now i would not buy this bench.
As the old saying goes, "you get what you pays for". I did.
Yes, it's cheap, but there's a very good reason for this. It's flimsy and designed for someone weighing less than 8 stone and under 5ft 2".
This is absolutely NOT for anyone who takes training seriously. It's beginner stuff at best and even then I'd think twice.
The leg extension is the most disappointing aspect of this crock. I'm 6ft and can not extend the leg weights as they're too small, too low. I literally can extend beyond 3 inches from the floor. Ridiculous.
Their delivery times are seriously off as well, so be mindful of that too.
So, in summary: its cheap and nasty and could possibly cause someone an accident. Oh, and their customer services are lame.
THINK TWICE before buying this amateur piece of equipment.
and one more thing: the instruction manual... hahahaha.. there's 2 hours of my life I cant invoice for.
