    Passed away 3 days before its second birthday. Does not turn on. Nothing mechanicly wrong with it. Just stopped working. For that price hugely disappointing... At least it came with a coffin...

    The information is misleading. This is the 2nd not the 3rd generation. This was confirmed by Philips when I called them and gave them the model numbers. Also, as you can see on the photos both aren’t the same! The back one stopped working within a week, however, Philips is providing an replacement. It’s my 4th Sonicare brush and I was hoping to get the 3rd gen that will last longer than previous 3. When those are gone it’s a time to look for an alternative.

    my first one broke after about a year, the rubber ring where the toothbrush head goes on had split. The brush head then became very wobbly. But because I bought my first one at boots and don’t have the receipt and never registered it, I didn’t try to complain as I don’t have proof when I purchased it.
    Anyway I got a second one and hoping this one won’t break, because these brushes aren’t cheap.
