Seems a very easy product to use, and is really just what I was looking for. I did have some technical issues though. I do not like running my computer on an everyday basis with full administrator rights, so I have an administrator account for installing software and doing 'system wide' changes, and then my own everyday account which has Power User rights. I don't think this is unusual - it is a well-used standard model for an XP install.
This software doesn't like it though - it caused all sorts of registry errors and just refused to run under my basic log-in. I contacted Accountz tech support and was told that this version (v5) needs to run with full admin rights. I have found another workaround though, and that is to run the program under Windows 2000 compatibility mode - works just fine!
Now the positives: I do like this software, it's very easy and intuitve. Tech support were contacted twice about the problems I was having, and on both occasions they got back to me within 1 day (even at a weekend) and I think they are to be commended for that. I also like the fact that the program install is only 3MB (yes, 3MB) - it just shows that genuinely useful programs don't have to be so big as to fill an entire DVD.
