I really wanted this book to live up to they hype. It was sometimes so confusing. I had to re-read parts because I didn't think it was always clear what was being said. What I thought was Deck and Georgie were not the same characters they were portrayed in the other books. Also the storyline went off on a tangent about Georgie and I didn't understand where that came from ... then Kai was in the mix but didn't realise who he was until much later then this elusive awful group that we didn't learn much about other than they did terrible things to others and so it went on with the confusing. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy it. I wish I had because in other books they had amazing chemistry and I didn't get that in the book. Then there was a silly typo that was 'bedside' instead of 'beside', which ordinarily I'd have not even noticed but because I was confused I did and that just annoyed me. 2.5 stars really not quite 3 such a shame, still one persons opinion others clearly don't agree!

I had to read this book twice because on reading it the first time it was difficult to keep up with what was going on with Georgie for the first half of the book and it's not until you get part way through that things really kick off and everything begins to fall into place! So reading it the second time round it made much more sense and you can really get with the detail. Having said that I absolutely loved Georgie's and Deck's characters; her with her sassy mouth and feistiness she was the velvety smooth to the very rough and dominant alpha male that is Deck; they were simply made for each other! This is the first book in the Unyielding Series but follows on from Tear Asunder series so characters from the previous books pop up in this one. As with the previous books, it has a very good strong story line, it is dark and edgy but also has some soft touches and is complimented rather than dominated by the sex scenes. Every book in Tear Asunder series was a brilliant read and this book as part of this new series does not disappoint! I am completely hooked and cannot wait to read Kai and Raven's story but I'm a little hesitant about reading Connor's story because you just know it's going to be bad but I really hope he gets a HEA like the others. Nashoda Rose is fast becoming one of my favourite authors. Would definitely recommend!

Georgie and Decks story.

So Georgie likes Deck but he doesn't seem to be interested in her unless it to haul her drunken ass out of the pub, which is a lot. But now things are getting out of control when on the anniversary of her brothers death she is found having convulsions at his grave. But Georgie is hiding bigger secrets and Decks is the one to get to the truth and now with everything going on Deck feels the need for him and his men to be round more. But Deck has been keeping a secret of his own, but what will Georgie make of it when he tells her?

Lots of humour from Georgie and a mouth on her that somehow only seems to get her in trouble with Deck.
Will they eventually get together?
What will Deck do when he finds out the truth about Georgie?

I soo want the next book now

I don't know how Nashoda Rose got lost on my Kindle, I read her Tear Usunder books a long while ago and had forgotten about the story line. But I was really pleased when I recognized the characters.
Deck is just so hot with his cool calm exterior hiding a passionate side that only Georgi could bring out and boy did she bring it out!!
Georgi was suffering from the loss of her brother and then the disappearance of Deck broke her heart she had taken a wrong turn and found herself in trouble that she didn't think she would escape and neither did Deck.
Some of the story was frustrating, the things that happened to Georgi and the decisions she made were a bit messy and jumbled. Suddenly they were just there and it isn't until the end that you understand why Kai was in her life and why he did what her did.
By the end I felt it was rushed just to get your attention for the next two books. Saying all this I know I want to read the next one because she does get your gripped in the story and although it's not an HEA it promises to be.

This new spin off series 'Unyielding' by Nashoda Rose follows Deck and his ultimate task force. We've met Deck before in the Tear Assunder series, the cold, aloof and steely eyed man who never gives in to his emotions. One person breaks that facade this time and I adored the results.

This first outing follows Deck and Georgie, both connected via Connor; Georgie's brother and Deck's former best friend and comrade who died right before Decks eyes several years previously. Georgie has loved and adored Deck from afar for years, taking his indifference to mean he doesn't see her for more than an obligation he agreed to protect. In Perfect Chaos we get both their Pov's and its brilliant to see how cold waters truly run deep within Deck.

Without spoiling this book I can say that grief causes people to take extreme measures, but not all chosen measures are truly your own choice it appears. This is a very, very dark book. It takes you on the start of a very twisted and long journey into an organisation who are deeply ingrained in everyone's lives involved in this book.

Many new characters appear, all of who make their presence well known and I for one can't wait for more!!!
