The new Sunday Times bestseller, from the author of Is It Just Me?, Miranda Hart's hilarious account of life with her beloved dog Peggy, a gorgeous white bichon frise.
From the Back Cover
'hilariously funny and often moving memoir...we loved every word *****' Heat
'open, honest...her misadventures are hilariously described...charming and funny' Daily Express
Hello dear book browser and welcome to Peggy and Me. The story of my life since getting a beautiful Shih-Tzu Bichon Frise cross puppy (I call the breed a Shitty Frise - fun) in the form of Peggy. So wonderful is she and so convinced am I that a dog can become a truly treasured life companion, I have written an entire book about our years together.
Peggy has taught me a huge amount - not how to get an old pie packet out of a bin and lick it (I could already do that), but real lessons about life and love and trust and friendship.
So come walkies with Peggy and me...See all Product description

My Name is Alfie and I am a Golden Retriever.
My Mummy and I listened to this book and we both really enjoyed it! She often has her Kindle on Text-to-speech and I get really bored with some of the books she reads but this one was really good especially when the dog actually talks to me!
Love the stories the escapades and I was a bit scared when you went after the Duck and was very relieved when you were rescued!
I hope there will be some more stories in the future as it is nice to listen to something intellectual for a change.
Lots of love,
Although Peggy is definitely a dog, anyone who has been fortunate enough to share their life with an animal companion will recognise many of the situations Miranda describes.
Written from the heart and with love, Peggy and Me will bring a smile to the most curmudgeonly of faces.
