The recipes all seem to have been well researched and have been tried to be as close to fool-proof as it is possible to get. The ingredients may not always be easy to obtain but alternatives are often suggested, so all are possible to make. Many of the recipes are fusion dishes, so incorporate flavours from several countries The recipes are such that using canned or frozen items instead of fresh still gives good results so dishes that take long preparation times can be produced more quickly (I often base dishes on recipes but try alternative ingredients just to see how things work out). I have found all the recipes work well and give excellent results so far. Thoroughly recommended.
