About the Author

Bestselling author and Rita finalist Emilie Rose has been writing for Harlequin since her first sale in 2001. A North Carolina native, Emilie has 4 sons and 2 adopted mutts. Writing is her third (and hopefully her last) career. She has managed a medical office and run a home day care, neither of which offers half as much satisfaction as plotting happy endings. She loves cooking, gardening, riding her Harley and dancing.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very Good Trilogy 8 Feb. 2014
By bratcat22 - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
This is a trilogy of stories involving the grown children of a deceased multi billionaire & the conditions of his will the siblings have to meet. the first story involves the oldest son who broke away from the family business, a cruise ship empire, but has to return as CEO & work along side his ex lover, whom he thinks had an affair with his father, for a year. The second story is about the middle son, his dad's hatchet man, who has to take custody of his infant half brother & the sister of the baby's mother for a year in the family mansion. The last story is about the youngest sibling, who is exiled to a penthouse in Dallas and expected to live like an average person- no job, expense account, maids, etc.,and encounters her supposedly dead husband after 11 years. at the end of each story, a letter from their father explains why he set up things like he did. Not a bad read.
