Paul Ilo is motivated by a vision/calling aimed at ’reaching out to nations’ by ‘living and leading a life of purpose, leadership and service’. He is popularly known as Set Man.
To fulfill his vision, he operates through faith based teachings, literary and inspirational books, conferences, policy formulation and analysis, diplomacy, project management and charity.
He has written thirteen books including Wisdom Bank, United Nations Mediation in West Africa and Success: Your Inheritance. Many of his books have been given away to thousands of people in many parts of the world. He is the Founder and International Director of Royal Diadem Int’l Network and Joint Action for Peace, and Co-Founder of Education to Africa, powerful outfits poised to affecting people positively through various mediums.
At age 7, Paul Ilo showed his leadership potential by leading a group of Children in several campaigns for good causes in Ogun State, Nigeria. That was a starting point that has today birthed many turning points in his life. As a son of a Pastor, he was wired to live as a model for people around him. He has served in various capacities as a leader of positive movements and campaigns. He is the host of series of Annual conferences in several parts of the world, some of which are Leadership Conferences, Academic Excellence Summits, Change Your World Conference, Pastors’ Children Int’l Conferences among others.
Paul also hosts Wisdom Bank on radio and writes for media houses and Journals – some of these are Journal of Global Initiatives, United States and the Routledge Publishers, UK.
His love for diplomacy, charity and leadership motivated him to study International Relations at the University of Kent, England and today, he charts a career across this path. He is an International Conference Speaker, a change agent, a diplomat, an author and mentor.
