After serving many years as a professor at Bunka Fashion College, Tomoko Nakamichi currently delivers lectures and holds courses on pattern making, both in her native Japan and internationally. Nonetheless, there are some absolutely stunning works of art, clever manipulations and fabric work. Worth the money if you want some inspiration and a talking point. Not sure of the projects you'll get from it though.
The home sewer may want to re-size the patterns to their own measurements rather than follow the measurements given in the book.
