I bought this RAM without noticing that it is for Intel systems, this had me a little worried at first.
I settled on this RAM because of a balance of price and performance, a decent looking heat sink, and hearing that Patriot is a reliable brand when it comes to RAM.
Out of the box, it runs, on at least my Asus MSA99X EVO R2.0 AMD AM3+ board, at around 1600MHZ with timings of 9-9-9-24, which is okay, but with some tweaking in the BIOS, can run it at 2025MHZ with timings of 9-10-10-24 with no issues, which I'm very pleased with.(Though admittedly, I would of preferred to get 9-10-9-27 out of it,)
I would recommended this RAM to any system builder who wants good quality and priced RAM.
