I find Deepak Chopra is a vey special guy his knowledge is fantastic his meditations really help me in my life.
This book as I write I have only read half the book as there are exercises in meditation to commit to so it takes some time to get through the book these Meditations really help give it a go what have you got to loose ,only your time also be honest with your self when working through this self help book least wise it wont work for you.
That said, it did shed a light on the ability to love myself, and ways to do this, which I found extremely useful, because I am loved and loveable. It brings more confidence to look at myself.
Although i must say, i did miss out chapters 6 and 7 simply because i felt they were a bit too 'coupley', for someone who is in relationship, but apart from that, I did feel like this did give me insight to myself as a person and on a spiritual level. So what i'm saying, as i progressively got into this book and found it rather enjoyable.
