5.0 out of 5 stars A Delightful Series That I Can't Put Down! 24 July 2012
By Marylin - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
I stumbled onto this series and I don't want it to end.
I've fallen in love with the character and story!
The story is about a young girl who wakes up one morning to find her life is changed forever.
Willow is a breath of fresh air in a world where everything is so jaded. She looks at life in such an innocent way. Even with the loss of her mother she stays true to the teachings her mother instilled in her. Her life slowly changes as she starts to experience and learn new things. What's really fun is to see the changes in those around her. They may not understand why she does things the way she does, but they soon realize their lives have been touched in a pure and tender way.
I also love that the author has woven in Willows' life the strength that we all can experience when we draw upon God.
I love getting a new book each week, but just like today it's hard to put it down until I end up reading it all in one day! Now I too; (like so many reviews before me have said) have to WAIT until the next episode. Fortunately I have read another one of Chautona Havig's series which has many of these same characters, so I can guess at the ending! ;0)
I know you will be delighted just as I have been. Enjoy this adventure, Marylin

I look forward to this series more and more each week. I have absolutely fallen in love with the characters. Willow is the type of strong woman that I would like to be. 5.0 out of 5 stars Past Forward- Serial Novel: Episode 4 24 July 2012
By MJAG - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
I just loved this book.I don't know how Chautona does it, she can make you feel like you are there and you really know the characters. I just love Willow, she's refreshing and makes you reflex on your own life. There are things in the farm life that makes me think of when I was growing up. This episode is exciting, I felt like I was at the fair seeing everything through Willow's eye. I can't wait for the next one.

5.0 out of 5 stars Couldn't wait for this week's episode! 25 July 2012
By tompreb - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
As many other reviewers have mentioned, I couldn't wait to download this week's episode of this wonderfully refreshing summer novel! I love escaping each week into Willow's new world intertwined with her farm life. Willow is more then a vivid character to me now, she is more like a friend who I am learning more about each week. I can't wait to see which suitor she might choose. I love how all the characters in Chautona Havig's books are intertwined. I have not read any of her other novels, but I have now started reading two others because I am interested to know her other characters better.
This episode included Willow's surprise Birthday party and a town festival. Both opened up new opportunities for Willow to grow and experience life more fully. The description of farm work was very real on the pages but somehow soothing during this hot summer. I could picture the beautiful jumpers Willow created! My daughter is advanced, but only seven, and I was able to leave this book open on my phone and not worry if she may happen on the pages. The story is great for adults, but I feel could be encouraged for preteens or teens.
I can not wait to see how this story will end! Thank you for sharing these characters and their wonderful story!

5.0 out of 5 stars love it 24 July 2012
By kelli - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
I told my husband last night that this is absolutely my favorite book. I didn't think that I would be patient enough for a serial novel and yet each one has seemed like more than just a chapter. This episode did not dissapoint. As I read each week, I find myself drawn deeper to Willow, Chad, and Bill. Unique personalities are revealed little by little and I find myself longing to be inside the book. This episode had so much detail that I felt like I could really picture Willow working with her hands and I could imagine Willow and Chad at the street fair. I am relishing each chapter and trying not to anticipate it ending. I really get the phrase " Hurry up and Slow down". I can't wait to see what happens between Willow and Chad. I know what I want to happen so I will just have to wait and see. I hope there are 50 chapters - really - its this good:)
