On my first attempt I was grinning from ear to ear.
The recipes in this book are an absolutely stunning result of Carmela’s years of knowledge and passion.
As Carmela knows I have Coeliac Disease, and I cook and bake every day.
So I was over joyed when she told me she was developing a gluten free recipe for this book. As I knew if she was happy with it to be in print, it would be something incredibly special indeed.
So if you have issues with gluten and love pasta, I urge you to buy this book and get making pasta as it will change your life.
