This book is an invaluable resource for lawyers and surveyors alike.

The introduction is the most clear and concise overview the the law relating to Party Wall that I have ever come across.

The case reports are clear, relevant and above all helpful!

I don't think any book on party walls can ever be completely effective as there are so many variables affecting the application of the Party Wall Etc Act, but clearly Paul has taken the trouble to write at a level commensurate with many students and practitioners who need to get a firm grasp on the subject for current applications.

Reading case law can be tedious and dull if the cases are uninteresting, but the author does manage to get to the key issues very quickly.

This is a great book but a little hard to understand as I'm just starting to carry out this type of work and want to learn more on the subject
