It's a good fun, rhyming book with bold illustrations.
From a bedtime routine point of view: it's quite short and concise so if time is against us it's a good pick!!
We have two versions of this in our house. We have the paperback for our older kids and the chunky version for the baby, who hates to be left out and loves his pants too!
We found this a godsend when we were potty training, and used the illustrations on a reward chart for dry days in big kids pants. It worked brilliantly and we have much to thank Nick Sharratt for.
As the Title suggests this book is about pants. Each page has a colourful illustration and is done in rhyme.
"Pants to pick a daisy, pants for being lazy, pants on your head when you've gone crazy."
I have found that very quickly a 2 year old will be able to 'read' as the pictures provide the prompt. Nice addition to a childs library, a bit of fun, not to be taken seriously.
