Initially I saw an extract of this book in a magazine, and found the format in the article very easy to follow.
I ordered the book straight away, and was very pleased to find this was the case throughout the book.
I have also found it to be a great "aide memoire", for all of the exercises prescribed to me over the years by physios !!!
All I have to do now is make sure I do the exercises :-)
