I like poached eggs on toast with brown sauce..call me a freak if you must. Problem is making poached eggs can be a faf with the proper pan or you use the old swirl the water technique and end up with a messy poached egg thing. These little beauties just need a little wipe with oil or butter then they float in the boiling water making tasty poached eggs whilst your toast is going. Easy to pop the egg out and to clean. Happy

Used once and difficult to see if egg cooked. Easy to flip out egg but left white remains. Time will tell how annoying this gets.

Not quite what I expected ,but saves all those sticky pans and washing up."Does what it says on the tin!)
