    Yes it’s mainly string, yes the package is small with not much contents, but you pay for the product design for something like this. I’m really happy with my purchase, managed to wall mount my PS5 behind my TV so no wires are on display. I positioned it so the fans are pointing outwards from the TV so it blows the hot air out rather than behind the TV (I have a digital edition PS5). I can see why some people might feel it’s unsafe, because the unique shape/ design of the PS5 it looks like it’s away from the wall from some angles, but as long as the 2 widest opposite corners are touching the wall it’s fine and very secure. I’d definitely recommend, looks much better with no wires on show!

      Take the paper guide to mark your holes, I used a small spirit level on the top of the paper to ensure it was straight, I then made small drill holes in the markers before removing the paper and then using the correct drill bit. I used larger / longer wall plugs and screws than the ones provided, to ensure strength was there. I then followed the instructions with the string.
      I give it 5 stars, it is simple yes but very effective and cheap compared to other options on the market, if put up correctly this will not move. and it is hidden behind the tv with no sign it is even there :) good product!

      I have to say this product is absolutely terrible. I was looking for a nice secure way to mount my ps5 and this just isn’t it.
      The strings that are supplied with the kit simply slide between the white outer skin and the console. Once they slide inside the console is very loose on the wall.
      The video tutorial says you can mount the console either way. Ei having the disc drive to the right or to the left. This isn’t the case at all. When mounted with the ps logo facing the wall the strings further find their way behind the cover plate.
      I do not feel safe leaving my ps5 hanging on this support system. I will be seeking a refund.
