I have been eating a vegan diet but this book opened my eyes to processed food and how bad it is for us. I now eat a whole food plant based diet as described by the author and have lost nearly 3 stone without going hungry. Great book full of valuable information

Really liked the book, expecially the before and after pictures. It made research the dairy industry more and cut out dairy. Since reading we've cut out our meat consumption and try to eat 3 veggie/vegan meals a week. The book has helped me change my lifestyle not just with food but many other aspects of veganisim like cleaning products ane toiletries etc. Over the next few months i aim to follow this plan and improve my health
