EDIT - Updating my previous review after receiving our replacement item - pan works perfectly now, I use only the tiniest amount of oil rubbed around with kitchen towel and nothing sticks at all. It's also really easy to clean. Customer service was great, I didn't expect anything as we had bought the original pan nearly a year before I wrote the original review. However after a couple of emails we were sent a brand new pan with the return label to send the old one back. The new pan has a smooth non-stick surface, compared to the old textured one.
OLD - Bought this as a replacement for our really old non-stick pan - I was super excited about having a non-stick pan that actually worked! Unfortunately we've found that everything sticks to this one even with a decent oil coating, no matter how low the temperature and how carefully we cook things. Eggs are an absolute nightmare to clean off and I've actually gone back to using my stainless steel pan as at least I can attack that with a wire scrubber to remove any really stubborn bits. We've tried pancakes and homemade tortilla wraps but still no good - I think it might be the textured surface that makes things stick rather than slide. After nearly a year of use we've given up and are going to buy a different non-stick pan. On the plus side, this pan is nice and heavy and the heat distribution is good, so we'll continue to use it for more liquid-based cooking like sauces or currys etc.
