A great addition to an already excellent series.
Update. Been three days smoke free since using this book's method 5 days ago (which is a seven to ten day programme) - along with patches - which just shows how effective this method is as I usually only last two hours at most when 'quitting'. A lot of the techniques explained in the book are helpful in other areas of life and with dealing with stress generally... Have taken up meditation as well, one of the suggestions in the book. Thank you David Marks, I was convinced I was lost cause when it came to smoking!
