Going back to the length of the book, think they might have been intentional as it is supposed to be a quick and simple read so I that might not be a bad thing. A good book that, I got much more then I paid for it built on things I had read in other books, I would look at this as companion then a main book. However the important message is in there.

Kudos to the author for understanding the issues with depression and anxiety disorders. I love her simplistic, step by step writing style in an easy to follow format. I like her symbolic references to "fill your cup" and how vital that can be.
I highly recommend this book and will let others know about it too.
It is also helpful for those without these issues who simply want to improve their health.
Those with more serious mental health issues will find this helpful but of course part of a more nuanced and intricate health plan.
Great read, well worth it!
