  • OneNote, many skills ― track tasks, take notes, and organize them all according to subject with OneNote

Excellent overview book, which I bought since it was the only book I could find which covered Business Contact Manager. It provides a good summary, but as with all overview books, there are areas in which you want more detail. Having said that, it's big enough already, so adding more would probably need two volumes!
