Aw, that was sweet! Dean is such a lovely younger brother to Jack, the guy who has it all, including the status of being a college baseball champ with the whole school hanging off his every word. The girls tend to use Dean to get to Jack. They are nothing like each other though, where Jack is loud and confident, Dean is the quieter character, though both brothers are extreemely loyal to each other.

This book tells Dean's version of Jack and Cassie's story and how it impacted on his life. You can't help but love Dean and the Carter family's way of taking care of each other. A must read if you have read The Perfect Game series....and if you haven't read that series - what are you waiting for???

I went into this book knowing full well I was going to cry. So when I did, it was no surprise. Ok, it was. The Perfect Game had ruined me. I just hadn't realized that hearing it from Dean's pov was going to ruin me all over again.

Well done, Jennifer. You produced another fantastic story that left me wanting me. I loved every page, but mostly, I freakin' loved the epilogue. I hope this means we get to hear more about our Carter's

Very disappointed in this book, was basically a rehash of jack and cassie's story, was so looking forward to reading about dean and melissa, we only got this at the very end from their daughters point of view
Have now seen there is a book coming out based on dean's point of view that's what this one was

I loved the other three books in this series by Jenn Sterling so I was pleased when I heard about this book. It's basically The Perfect Game but told from Dean's perspective so was a good read of a great book but from a different point of view. 5 stars

I loved this book, I've read all the other books in the Jack Carter series, so why not read the story through his baby brothers eyes, and it went into more details of things from Jack and deans point of view, another great book from j sterling
