a while back used the sponge for 3 months straight, looks slightly worn but still works exactly the same now.
How your hair comes out and the type of look/curl you can get depends on the length of your hair and what kind of product you do/dont put in your hair so keep that in mind you can get different styles that way also. defo recommend
