A few chapters going nowhere. They should not be charging for this. The story itself is in the normal style for the author and could lead onto good things in the future, but I feel ripped off.

Good introduction to an interesting and promising new set of books from the author of Demonsouled, Ghost in the Ashes and Tower of Endless Worlds. A definite read.

HASH(0xa0fd87d4) out of 5 stars Why is this not a book? 17 Dec. 2013

I really wanted to give this short story 4 stars, it was on the tip of my finger to click it... but I just couldn't. I couldn't because I knew going in that this was a short story.

Honestly my only complaint about this short story is this. Why didn't you make this a book! I loved the orcan character!

Treasure, demons, life or death battle and a tragic romance. It has it all. I want more!

Jonathan Moeller has done it again, he is incapable of writing a bad book. The Orc's Tale holds true to that pattern.
