Whey Protein shakes don't agree with me so looked into Egg / Soy based powders
After trying numerous brands over the years that make you feel bloated and give you a dodgy tummy etc - I highly recommend this one
Mixes absolutely fine and the taste is decent.
Will be ordering again!
Delivery was prompt (supplied by Bodybuilding Nutrition Direct) and any reservations I had about taste/smell were unfounded as this product tastes surprisingly good (I went for choc). Much better than whey-based alternatives I've tried and although it is prone to a little frothing I find it very easy to drink.
Mixing is easier than with other products I've tried - a few seconds in a shaker with cold water and you're done. Also, low carbs/sugar means it supports lean muscle growth and as only egg whites are used there is only negligible cholesterol so no need to worry on that front either.
All in all I can't fault the product, pedigree brand, quality ingredients/manufacturing, great taste and have been very pleased with the results since switching.
Really happy with this, will be buying again.

Good source of protein for LACTOSE INTOLERANT consumer. Taste takes awhile to get used to as there's a slight hint of egg taste to it.Published 15 months ago by JW K
One of the few I can take (I have a severe gluten and dairy intolerance) and it tastes great: I use a blender and chuck in a banana.
Came within 24 hours of order. Tastes good. As a lactose intolerant I would say it is much better than Whey protein, although not quite 100%. Worth a try thoughPublished 22 months ago by Mr. M. K. Aitchison
