Dance-based workout with the stars of the TV show. Sam, Billie and Lydia show you how to get in shape with the help of dance choreographers Glen Ball and Deanne Berry. The three 20-minute workouts comprise: 'Totally Retro Reem', where the girls dance to their favourite dance tracks from the 1980s and '90s; 'Burn those Carbs before Marbs' has Glen showing the girls how to turn combat moves into dance-based fitness workouts; and 'Well Jel Workout', a no-holds-barred cardio routine.
As I'm a huuuuge lover on TOWIE, I thought what else will get me off my seat doing some exercise? Well obviously the girls from TOWIE looking very slim might just be my motivation... it is a very fun exercise DVD and does really keep you moving!
When I saw this workout I thought "shut up",theres no way I was going to buy it has I thought it wouldn't be very good. How wrong was I.I actually was glad that you could watch a bit just to try before you buy.Never know what your getting with these dvds. It's got some good music on and very hard work. The fist 20 mins is dancing and once have done it a few times is easy to do.Then comes the boxing.starts to get a bit harder at this point.then the final part is the toning which is proper tiring and gets you sweating loads.I ached for Three days when I'd done this dvd.so it does work. The girls might get a bit annoying after a bit because they keep singing but it's quite funny first time and the fit bloke distracts from this. He's reem!!I had pre-ordered this and it came sooner than expected.
The DVD is beyond awful. I have a few dance exercise DVDs and, whilst not an expert, I do recognise rubbish when I see it. The Essex girls don't have a clue what they are doing, and the trainer is laughable. Not a DVD for the serious person who wants good music, good aerobic dancing which shows results at the end of it. For those who are slightly more serious about exercise try either the Strictly Come Dancing DVD, Hot Pants or even Coleen Nolan's dancersize.
Hate it what a joke of a dvd one of the worst i have ever had looked like three girls in a night club dancing badly don't buy this product a load of rubbish you will get fitter walking the dog this is an embarrassment keep fit dvd but on a positive note dont let this dvd put you off as there are lots of great dvds out there just not this one.
There is a good rapport with the instructor and the girls, it had great 80's music mixed in with up to date sounds. Upon doing the first section I thought it was quite easy and wondered what benefit I would get as I have all the MOD Pump It Up DVD's and Davina. After doing section 2 the pace picked up and I was struggling to keep up with the dance moves and had a sweat on! A sign of a good workout is whether you ache the next day and boy do I ache. It may seem easy at the time of doing but a very effective workout DVD!
