Meet the ever handsome Brice Henderson who has traded everything for power and success. Brice's company was closing a deal that would cement his place at the top where he likes to be. The one last thing he needed was a very gorgeous distraction from the past.
Entre Lena Razzi who has spent many years trying to forget Brice. When she's offered the opportunity of a lifetime, would Lena take the risk even if it meant the price would be another broken heart?
Can Brice and Lena work through the heartbreak and disappointment they face to have their happy ever after

There should be an option for more than 5 stars as i would definitely give her more but have to settle for 5
The characters were unrealistic with very flat one dimensional personalities. Leading man was angry, that was his only personality trait. And leading lady had no common sense, or self restraint. She apparently had some super education that made her singularly worthy of her job but yet had no idea if the man she was sleeping with liked her or not, and they were both purposely dense in several parts of the book.
Also lots of grammatical mistakes, to the point I was wondering if this was self published without an editor. Also there was no sense or time. It would skip days at a time without rhyme or reason.
I was pleasantly surprised that I liked the righting style and it kept me gripped and wanting to see what happens I couldn't put it down and read it in a few hours, can't was it to read the next one.
Characters were good and dialogue OK. Storyline easy.
It was sweet and a comfortable read.
