As a young professional climbing the ranks I'd highly recommend this book!
I am not normally one for writing reviews but I felt compelled enough to write one which goes to show the impact it has made. Yes, it's not going to be the last business book I ever pick up, but the concept has helped me simplify my business planning and give me the confidence to present my ideas quickly and effectively; in a well-defined, easy to follow structure.
The genius of this book is that it has made a complex subject (usually just the preserve of the very best management consultants) simple and available to the all, any age, any background or qualification.
I would honestly say if you have an ambition to make your organisation simply the best or if you wish reach the top of an organisation then the lessons inside are invaluable.
