The other review is grotesquely inadequate. Little more need be said about a classic work of political philosophy.

The book's three essays provide some interesting but subjective perspectives on human conduct. The first part provides basic theoretical understanding of human conduct in general, but misses important theatrical aspects of modern social science ; the second part that deals with an ideal mode of human relationships the so called "civil association" fails to integrate current social research findings; and the third part of the historic association commonly called a modern European state appears somewhat biased.
