THIS IS A NOTE TO ALL BUYERS: Although after two days this controller does seem to function properly, it is most definitely NOT the genuine article as advertised, please do not expect to receive a genuine Microsoft controller. As I said it does work but you can buy a genuine one for this money in the shops.

Bought this to go with black and white PC build theme. Only every used it on my pc with a USB cable attached. Never used it with batteries/wireless. Works great, looks great and has withstood my abuse of it.

A big pro is that is has retained its white colour. Relatively easy to keep clean, ive used all sorts of anti-bacterial wipes on it and it has never discoloured.

Try get it when its not full price.

If you want to waste your money buy from this company! After 5 weeks of using this product, it completely stopped working. The company wouldn't refund my money as it was passed the 30 day money back guarantee....um sorry I couldn't see into the future to now this was going to break. Very unhappy and an even more unhappy 16 year old!! Completely disgusted given the price as well it should have lasted a lot longer. Gave 1 star as had too else couldn't warn others - it came from cash generator redditch

okay, first of all, this controller is indeed an official xbox controller no complaint there, however it's the specific model (White Xbox One S) that's the issue.

There seems to be an issue where the sticks drift literally fresh out the box, meaning when you move the right analog stick ever so slightly down the input continues to register on some games, this effect isn't noticeable on games like Borderlands 2 or Terraria for instance, hell it isn't even picked up by the controller diagnostics screen in Xbox settings.

It is, however, incredibly noticeable in tight responsive shooters like Overwatch or Read Dead Redemption 2, this is incredibly frustrating as I bought this controller due to my first one being ruined by drifting sticks as most games become borderline unplayable once your controller starts to act this way.

to some up please buy any other model of controller, this one is faulty straight out the box.

Used to love XBOX so much but over the years became sick of the lack of attention to detail and the imperfection of anything Microsoft throws out. Their controllers don't seem to last very long these days, even infrequent use leads to the analogue sticks being 'stuck' in one direction and you cannot even escape the menu screen without selecting the wrong option.
Straight out of the box the guide button does not work correctly, you have to press VERY hard to get any feedback from the controller, most of the time the button doesn't do anything when pressed. Would have sent it back under warranty but didn't due to my own laziness. I knew the controller would just break again if I did replace it.

I tried a few cheap controllers for my pc, I always had some kind of issue, I was reluctant to buy the xbox one controller because of the price difference, but surprisingly if you shop around you can get a refurbished one for a decent price, anyway if you are using just one controller on your pc this works great with just bluetooth, but if you have second controller I recommend getting the dongle to go with it, overall it feels great playing games, there are options where you can use it to navigate through windows and steam, granted it's not as good as a keyboard and mouse but you can do the basics to get you where you want, this is probably the best experience your going to get out of a controller on a pc, all the others don't really compare, also if you have a firestick it will pair up with that, if you use steam link in another room on the other side of the house it work with that to, unlike other controllers that claim they work with fire tv then when you get them you find out they don't.

Not sure if I just got unlikely with a bad batch but I've had 3 of these break on me now whilst my ps4 controller is still going strong. Issues include buttons not registering clicks and stick drift. They are clearly using cheap parts but charging a premium price avoid if possible !

The product arrived with the right side of the controller back plate kind of hanging off its still in place but it clicks and moves when ever little force is applied, and the controller is constantly disconnecting and having problems with the analog sticks.I'm going to ask if i can exchange it for a new one but i think i have waited to long im not one to complain but when the controller started to not function mid game its not a problem i should be dealing with a brand new controller.
